The ticketing site for this Seasonal Transformations event (“the Event”) is operated by DigiTicket on behalf of Seasonal Transformations Ltd (“the Organiser”). By purchasing or being issued tickets, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and the event venue’s Code of Conduct.

1. Definitions

• Event: Cascades Santa Experience by Seasonal Transformations for which tickets are sold.
• Organiser: Seasonal Transformations Ltd and its authorised partners.
• Venue: The location where the Event takes place.
• Ticket(s): Physical or electronic proof of purchase for entry.
• You/Your: The ticket purchaser and anyone attending under that booking.

2. Incorporation of Venue Rules

These Terms include the Venue’s own regulations, which take precedence if there is any conflict.

3. Tickets

• Tickets are subject to availability and these Terms.
• Check all details carefully at purchase; errors cannot always be corrected.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Maximum of 6 tickets per booking (3 adults, 3 children) unless agreed in advance.
• Each child attendee (except babes-in-arms) must hold a valid ticket. At least one child ticket is required per family group. Only paying children receive a gift

4. Admission & Experience

• A ticket grants one timed entry. Sessions last around 5 minutes and include a Santa visit, a gift for each paying child, and an optional photo opportunity.
• Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your slot. Late arrivals may be refused entry without refund.

5. Price & Payment

• Prices include VAT but exclude booking fees.
• Payment must be made in full before tickets are confirmed.
• Tickets are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for promotions without written consent.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

• Lost or stolen tickets are not automatically replaced.
• No refunds or exchanges.

7. Event Changes & Cancellation

• The Organiser may alter the programme if necessary.
• It is your responsibility to check whether an Event is cancelled or rescheduled.

8. Liability

• Travel and accommodation arrangements are at your own risk.
• Except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, the Organiser is not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data is collected solely to manage your booking.

10. Conditions of Entry

• The Venue may refuse admission or require any person to leave for safety, licensing, or disruptive behaviour.
• No audio/visual recording for commercial use without prior consent.
• Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the Venue.

11. Accessibility

• Carers do not need to purchase a ticket. Please contact us in advance for further assistance.

12. Force Majeure

The Organiser is not liable for failure to deliver the Event due to circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
